Pricing

We are happy to accommodate short-term rentals for a minimum 29-day stay or more based on availability.

Suites are fully furnished with high-speed internet and HULU+LIVE TV.

Pricing for one-bedroom suites (Units 1-4) - from $100/night

Pricing for two-bedroom suite - (unit 5) - from $150/night

Terms

• There is a one-time cleaning fee of $300 for the one-bedroom suites, $400 for the two-bedroom suite, and a pet cleaning fee of $150.

• There is a $250 refundable security deposit.

• We have increased professional cleaning and disinfectant protocols in place to enhance the safety and security of our guests due to Covid-19.

• Weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping is available for an extra charge.

• Suites typically rent 3-12 months in advance and availability changes quickly.

• A minimum 29-day stay is required as per the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance.
